Position: Business Administrator – Level 3
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday
Role Summary
As a Business Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient internal operations. You will support administrative tasks, communicate with customers and suppliers, maintain records, and assist with daily business processes. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and ready to contribute to a busy team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support
Manage communications (phone, email, and online enquiries)
Coordinate and process orders and documentation
Assist with invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks
Maintain and update records and databases
Support the team with daily office tasks and projects
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 Business Administration qualification (or equivalent experience)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Previous experience in a business admin role preferred
