OverviewWe are seeking motivated and passionate Equestrian Yard Staff to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with horses and contribute to the maintenance and organisation of our equestrian facilities. The position is ideal for individuals interested in sports coaching, teaching, and developing their skills within a dynamic environment. All roles are paid, including internship positions, ensuring valuable experience alongside professional development.
Responsibilities

Assisting with daily care and management of horses, including feeding, grooming, and stable cleaning
Supporting riding lessons by preparing equipment and assisting instructors as needed
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of horses and riders during activities
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the yard and surrounding areas
Assisting with the organisation of events or competitions on-site
Supporting the team in general yard duties to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

Passion for working with horses and a keen interest in equestrian activities
Experience or background on breeding and competition yard is highly desirable
Good organisational skills with an ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety procedures diligently
Previous experience working with horses or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
