Providers and employers with apprenticeship opportunities are now invited to book a stand in the exhibition area. Interactive stands are welcomed and the event can accommodate large stands.

The Hull & East Riding Apprenticeship Event 2025 will take place at Bishop Burton College on Wednesday 19th November, from 10.00am until 6.00pm (set up from 8.30am). The Hull and East Riding Apprenticeship Event is aimed
specifically at young people in Years 11, 12 and 13 who are looking at the
apprenticeship pathway as their next step, or for young people and adults who
are undecided about their post 16 pathway and would benefit from speaking to
apprenticeship experts. 10am-3.30pm is for group bookings 15-19 years,
and 4-6pm is for the general public, with a lunch break at 12.30pm and
refreshment break at 3.30pm.
1500 visitors are expected to attend the event during the course
of the day and evening, all of whom will have a basic understanding of
apprenticeships and have been signposted to relevant sources of information
prior to the event. They will be attending this event to specifically connect
with your organisation, and prepare for their applications.
The proposed format for the day will include:
There are 60 stands available and high demand is expected.
To register your interest in a stand and check availability, complete
the attached booking form as soon as possible and email it to Post16@eastriding.gov.uk , by 5th September
2025. There is no charge for the stand due to the generosity of
Bishop Burton College, East Riding of Yorkshire Council and Hull City
Council.
Further information about your role at the event, a full itinerary
and briefing pack will be sent out at a later date, however, as places are
